Since December of this year, our company has significantly expanded its geolocation, which allowed us to step up the recruitment process for drivers to work in the updated structure. We have come to the conclusion that heavy trucks are not always required to optimize routes and increase the speed of delivery. Therefore, since the beginning of the new year, we have decided to purchase 240 new Dodge pickups, which will be actively used in our activities.
Due to the increase in the car fleet, we have started preparations for the sale of our old trucks. This solution will allow not only to upgrade equipment, but also to optimize fleet maintenance costs. The entire sales process will be carefully organized by dispatchers who will ensure effective coordination and control at every stage.
